Achieve Optimal Health through Maximized Living

I'd like to try a little thought experiment with you now. Let's choose an objective: How does one achieve optimal health? The health of what, my body, my mind, family, finances, work life? All these things affect each other right? Let's check, do I feel bad if my finances are suffering? Well yeah. Does it affect my mind? If I'm not eating right do I feel more tired? OK, it’s not too hard to see that these things affect each other. What if I were to target each these different areas of myself and optimize it? "Maximized Living" so to speak. If my mental life, home life, and all the habits that affect my body are maximized what would happen to my state of health? This little experiment in thought is leading me to one conclusion: Optimal health can be achieved through maximized living.
